I've spent years inside specialty pharma commercial analytics — most recently as Associate Director of Commercial Data & Analytics at a specialty oncology company. I wasn't advising from the outside. I was the person building the reporting infrastructure, managing the CRM data pipelines, and making sure the numbers leadership relied on at launch were actually right.
